Perfect Computing Solutions, Inc.Effective: October 20, 2026Applies to covered PCS websites and services
Publication checklist: Before putting this page online, replace the marked contact details and verify that the descriptions below match the data your website, apps, hosting provider, analytics, payment processors, and portals actually collect. A published privacy policy must not promise practices that are not true. This template does not itself establish legal compliance.

01 — Overview & scope

Perfect Computing Solutions, Inc. ("PCS," "we," "us," or "our") values the privacy of visitors, customers, employees, business partners, and authorized portal users. This notice describes categories of information that may be handled when you interact with PCS websites, request technical services, use PCS software, or access secured systems.

The information actually processed depends on the product or service used. A separate agreement, product notice, employment notice, or customer-specific contract may govern particular information and may take precedence where applicable.

02 — Information we may collect

  • Contact and account information: names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, usernames and authentication records.
  • Service and transaction information: support requests, messages, orders, billing records, device or software configuration details provided for troubleshooting.
  • Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, system logs, approximate location inferred from network data, dates of access and diagnostic reports.
  • Submitted content: documents, attachments, forms and other information you deliberately upload or provide to PCS systems.
  • Cookie information: session identifiers and, where enabled, analytics or preference data.

Not every category is collected by every PCS service. Avoid submitting confidential personal information unless it is required and an appropriate secure method has been provided.

03 — How information may be used

Depending on the service, information may be processed to provide requested services; create and secure accounts; authenticate users; respond to support inquiries; administer payments and records; troubleshoot errors; prevent fraud or unauthorized access; meet legal obligations; and communicate important service or policy updates.

Where applicable law requires consent or another lawful basis, the relevant processing must be supported by that basis. Marketing communications, if offered, should include applicable choices to unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

04 — Sharing and service providers

Information may need to be disclosed to hosting, security, payment, communication, or other contracted service providers to operate a requested service, and to authorized personnel with a legitimate need to know. Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.

Verify before publication: If PCS sells personal information or shares it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under applicable law, this notice must specifically disclose that practice and provide any required opt-out mechanisms. This template makes no representation that such activities do or do not occur.

05 — Cookies and similar technologies

Websites and secured portals commonly use essential cookies to support logins, maintain authenticated sessions, and implement security controls. Optional cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies require additional disclosures and, in some jurisdictions, consent or opt-out functionality.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent account sign-in or other features from functioning. Where nonessential tracking is actually deployed, the website should provide legally required controls rather than relying on this policy alone.

06 — Data security

PCS recognizes the importance of proportionate safeguards, including access restrictions, careful credential handling, encryption when appropriate, software updates, monitoring and incident-response procedures. Specific controls vary by system and should be independently verified.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report suspected misuse or unauthorized account activity using the privacy contact below. Security incidents and breach notifications are handled according to applicable law.

07 — Data retention

Personal information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, contractual, security, and legal purposes, subject to any applicable records-retention obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and service.

When retention is no longer justified, information should be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements. Where law requires specific retention disclosures, PCS must publish the relevant retention periods or criteria.

08 — Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, the type of information involved, and whether a law applies to PCS, you may have rights to:

  • Know whether and how personal information is collected and processed.
  • Access or obtain a copy of personal information.
  • Request correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Request portability or restriction of certain processing.
  • Object to certain processing, including some direct marketing activities.
  • Opt out of covered sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Appeal certain privacy-rights decisions where state law provides an appeal right.

Submit requests using the contact information below. PCS may need to verify your identity before acting, and legal exceptions or retention duties may limit a request. You may also have rights to contact a relevant privacy regulator.

09 — Privacy laws and regional protections

United States — Federal law

The Federal Trade Commission Act addresses unfair or deceptive practices, including misleading privacy or data-security representations. Other laws, such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and sector-specific security or breach notification rules, may apply depending on the entity, data and activity.

California — CCPA, as amended by CPRA

Covered businesses must provide disclosures and honor applicable California privacy rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sales or sharing; certain individuals may also have a right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Whether these requirements apply to PCS depends on statutory coverage and actual processing practices. Additional notice and opt-out links may be required beyond this page.

Illinois — Personal information and biometrics

Illinois laws include the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), which addresses certain personal-information security and breach obligations, and the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), which can impose specific duties when covered biometric identifiers or information are collected, stored, or used. This page does not authorize biometric collection or substitute for any required separate notice, consent, retention policy, or release.

Other U.S. states

Additional comprehensive state privacy laws and consumer-protection or breach-notification requirements may apply based on residence, business thresholds, data categories, and processing activity. Rights and obligations differ by state.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK data-protection laws may apply to certain organizations and activities, including some services directed to people in those jurisdictions. Applicable requirements may include lawful bases, specific notice disclosures, individual rights, safeguards for transfers and contact or representative details. Non-U.S. privacy laws are not universally triggered merely because a website can be accessed from abroad.

10 — Children's privacy

PCS services are not represented by this notice as being designed for children. If a particular service is directed to children or knowingly collects covered personal information from children, applicable parental notice, consent, deletion, or other protections must be implemented. Parents or guardians with concerns should contact PCS.

11 — International data transfers

Information handled by internet-based systems may be stored or processed in jurisdictions different from your place of residence. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, the transfer must be supported by an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards. Specific hosting locations and vendors should be documented before making further claims.

12 — Updates to this policy

This page may be revised as services, technologies, business practices, or legal obligations change. When updated, the effective date will be revised. Where required, significant changes will be communicated through additional notice or consent mechanisms.
